I dont know what to think right now I am just finding out Priscilla had my heart for a while and things just didnt work out for us but I never did stop loving her this is so sad but now she does not have to worry about all the bad things in the world God bless you and love ya Priscilla

where do i begin i think about priscilla all the time.  i could be riding in the car,or puting my little girl to bed. all at  once it hits me.priscilla and i grew up together.we had alot of great memories i will hold dear in my heart. priscilla help me through some   hard times in my life . she made me laugh all the time. priscilla  will be missed forever. love always  tara martin

Well I have known Priscilla since she was a young child, and through the years and Family Reunions we became closer. Then into my young adult and her young to late teen years we started hanging out more often and would ride horses all the time... Then married life and kids took my fun time.... and I regret not staying in touch. I ran into Priscilla a few more times after that, and it was just really good to see her.   Priscilla was SOOOOO full of life and Was such a Beautiful Person. She had so much love to give, and she had one of the biggest hearts I know. Priscilla was so strong during some hard times in life and grew up pretty quick. She was full of Adventure and had accomplished many things in life, from pagents to karate, and Horse back riding. I had gone to a Few horse shows with her where she showed her excellence in barrels and other ares of racing.  Priscilla Marie you will be missed by all of us. We love you so very much.. you are now an Angel in God's care. Tell Uncle E.B. Hello from me. I sure miss him too!  Auntie Marie, I love you and will see you soon, You, Jay, JJ, Lisa and the rest of the family will be in our prayers at this most difficult time. This is Germaine - the Social Worker at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.  I worked with Priscilla very closely and I am so sad to hear about her loss.  I just found out.  My heart is broken.  I will keep her family in my prayers. May she rest in peace.

I've known Priscilla for a long time. She was friends with my little brother first. And I was blessed to meet her through him. She was the most cheerful person I have ever met. I love her so much. We grew apart over the years but we were lucky enough to run back in to eachother at the hospital recently. It was so nice to see her and catch up on years of gossip. I will miss her and think about her forever. We are all blessed to have had her in our lifes. Thanks for all the memories, Priscilla. I love you.

Jay, Lisa and J.J.    I remember coming over to your house on Country Place when I was a little girl and playing with Priscilla.  I would go ride horses with Priscilla while Drew played power rangers with J.J. or rode dirt bikes. Priscilla and I had a lot of fun together. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Priscilla was truely loved & she will be truely missed! I will keep her alive in my heart & prayers, as well as the family. I want to give my most sincere comdolences to the family. I Was and still am so shocked knowing this happened. I am sorry to Jay Sr., Jay Jr., and Ms. Lisa. We all know she was a strong willed women, and she had alot of life to live. she will still live one, in mind and spirit.

The first time I met Priscilla was back in 1991 when my family moved to Country Place Rd. She came over that day and told me about all of the other kids that lived in the neighborhood because she wanted me to have some friends. She was a friend to me for a long time after that. Unfortunately we grew distant and didn't speak much after high school. But I will never forget how nice and sweet she was for doing that for me. It has always stuck out in my childhood memories. My heart hurts for her mother, father, brother and grandmothers and all of her close friends. She was a sweet girl the short time I knew her and I will cherish the memories of her that I have. God has another angel now... I will be praying for her family!

To Jay and your parents, I am so very sorry for your loss. While I did not know your sister, I do know what a fine young man you are, and I am sure she shared these same characteristics. I knew Priscilla as a young girl when I was the counselor at Bellamy School.  I have such sweet memories of her and her brother.  I am very sorry for your loss...

Priscilla Otis was my cousin and I loved her very much!! She was the aunt to my daughter Caitlyn Rose and she loved her very much as well. Priscilla was always a good spirit and  I will miss her dearly as will the rest of the family. She was so young and beautiful, I just dont understand why now her life had to end, But GOD has a plan for everyone. I remember when we were younger at her father's house my uncle we use to have so much fun together riding go-carts and dirt bikes and my favorite the 4-wheelers. She also had a white pet horse named SUGAR, that she loved so much. She would always take me for rides on Sugar that was her favorite horse out of the many she had and we would have so much fun together. My cousin was a woman that new what she wanted at all times, and I respect her so much for that!! Because for me half the time I'm so indesicive in not knowing what I want. She was a strong woman with goals of being a CNA and I know she would completed this goal of hers if this tragic event would not have happened.  I will always remeber her as a beautiful fun-filled woman that she was and I know that she is now watching over myself and our family from up above. It seems like it was only yesterday that you were the little girl I remember so well...I had the opportunity to watch you grow for awhile. We had so much fun with Wimpy, Sable and BeBe. You were brave, carefree and Wimpy always knew you meant business! As you run through the fields of gold, with the beatiful horses you love so well, be at peace my child, your journey has come to an end here on earth.
