Raymond "Bo" L Musselman

Bo spent his life in Wilmington and only left for brief periods of time but always returned home. He was a man that knew no limits; he lived his life on his terms. As a teenager he passed the time skateboarding at Wizard Skate Park and he was a very good skateboarder. Bo was very good at anything he put his mind to do; he didn’t do things half way, including living his life. He loved the beach and anything to do with nature. He was an intelligent man that could discuss anything from plants, music, religion and politics in detail. He found beauty in things that others could never see. Not everyone knew the real Bo. The real Bo was intelligent, funny, sarcastic, loving and organized. The addiction stole all of that and he suffered for a very long time with the shame and guilt of the addiction. He was a “good soul” just a very ‘troubled soul”. We never gave up hope that he would have a recovery that lasted but we finally realized that he didn’t have the strength to fight anymore. We loved him like no other, but our love could not save him. Our Bo no longer has to struggle with the chains that bound him here on this earth, he is free. We love you; Go rest high on that mountain, your work here is done.

Bo leaves behind three children: Chad, Kyle and Samantha Musselman and three siblings: Ronnie Musselman (Leisa Dugan) Rhonda Musselwhite and her husband Bobby and Tina Cessna and her husband Brian; nieces: Heather, Lauren and Hannah and one nephew, Mark

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00PM Tuesday, January 3, 2016 at 5313 Autumn Drive, Wilmington.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11AM Wednesday, January 4, 2016 at Oleander Memorial Gardens
