Reba Smith Rhodes, 88, of Castle Hayne, NC left us for her heavenly home on April 14, 2022. She was preceded in death by her parents Hubert L Smith and Curvie N Smith, her husband Lawrence Daniel Rhodes, one son Daniel Ray Rhodes, and one granddaughter Amanda Rhodes-Hales.
Reba is survived by one brother and one sister, two sons Steve Rhodes and wife Donna, Mike Rhodes and wife Gail, one daughter Deborah Rhodes, one daughter-in-law Sherry Rhodes. Ten grandchildren, Jason Rhodes(Crystal), Stephanie Douglas(Ryan), Michelle Marr(Shannon), Bradley Rhodes(April), Heather Hallman(Scott), Christy Sally(Tim), Ashley Rhodes, Chris Rhodes(Kari), Jessica Abbott(Derek), Jerry Peters(Megan), Mike Hales and 27 great-grandchildren.
Reba loved spending time with her husband Lawrence (Pete) through their years of traveling and camping with family and friends. She especially loved having all her family together for any and all holidays. She was happiest with a house full of noise. Reba truly loved her family as much as her family loved her.
