Regina was born on July 28, 1953, in New York, New York, daughter of Dominic T. and Anne Marie (Puciloski) Crane.
As a nurse, Regina spent many years caring for her patients. A career that was a labor of love for her.
Regina is survived by her husband, George Rogers and his son, Chris Rogers (Liz), along with her brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother.
A memorial celebration will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at the First Christian Church, 2035 Oleander Drive, Wilmington.
