Ricky Dean Watson age 63 was unexpectedly taken from this earth October 2nd 2021 due to unforeseen health issues. Current resident of Burgaw, North Carolina but a former Wilmington native since June of 1958.
When he was not working Ricky kept busy by helping others and always had a listening ear for friends. He was quick to crack a joke and hardly ever met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by both his parents, "Woody" and "Kitty" Watson of Wilmington, North Carolina. He is survived by his sister Debbie Watson of Burgaw, North Carolina.
A service will be held at Andrew's Mortuary on Market Street of Wilmington, Tuesday October 12th 2021 from 2 to 4pm. Following the service, Debbie will receive guests at 356 Brantham road Burgaw North Carolina 28425 from 5 to 7pm.
