Ronald W. Phillips died peacefully at Pacifica Senior Living on November 17, 2011. Ronald was retired from the United States Marines Corp as a Master Sergeant. He then had a second career with Johnson Controls in Wilmington, NC.
Ronald was happily married to the late Callie Mable Phillips and resided on Wilderness Road in Wilmington, NC after retiring from the military. Ronald is survived by 3 daughters, Melissa McNeely and Rhonda Blair, of Arizona, Suzanne King, of Ohio; and one stepson, Chester Langley. A graveside service with military honors will be at Oakdale Cemetery on Monday, November 21, 2011 at 1:00 PM.
