Sadie Christine Hulsey, age 5, of Wilmington, died Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill.
She was born March 2, 2011 in Wilmington, NC to Candace and Jeff Hulsey.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister: Lanier Hulsey; maternal grandparents: Peggy and Randall Lanier and Kirk Smith; maternal great-grandparents: Laverta and Kenneth Batchelor and Flora and Del Myers; paternal grandparents: Judy and Allen Bellamy and Michael Hulsey.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Phil Ortego officiating. Burial will follow at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
