He was born in Wilmington, NC on April 21, 1988 the son of Ernie David Horne and Debra Shifflett Snow.
Stephen will be remembered for his big heart and his love of Wilmington, his hometown.
He is survived by his father, David Horne and Lynne Brown and his mother Debra Shifflett Snow and husband Michael Snow, his maternal grandmother Erva Shifflett, his brother Zack Horne and wife Heather, niece Annabelle and nephews Sawyer and Landon. Also surviving are his aunts and uncles, Greg Horne, Debbie and Carl Bell, Sabrina and Pedro Rivera, Randy and Lisa Shifflett, and several great aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 10 from 6 to 8 PM at Andrews Valley Chapel.
Private graveside services will be held on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
