Stephen D. Kelly

Stephen D. Kelly Jr. of Wilmington died January 26, 2010 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. He was born March 15, 1933 in Duplin County NC son of the late Stephen D. Kelly Sr. and Lillian Kelly Powell and was preceded in death by his sister Martha Ann Kelly. Mr. Kelly was a charter member of Grace Baptist Church. Surviving is his wife Elizabeth Kelly of the home, children; Tina Powell and husband Gene, Stephen Kelly III and wife Kelly, Sandra Geer and husband Doug, Tracy Eames and husband Steve and Bryan Kelly all of Wilmington, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren, brothers Thomas H. Kelly and wife Ginny of CT and Tim Kelly of Greensboro. A funeral service will be held 11am Friday January 29, 2010 at Grace Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Oleander Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7pm to 9pm Thursday January 28, 2010 at Andrews Mortuary Valley Chapel. The family would like to offer a special thanks to the staff at Coastal Cardiology and New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
