He was born in Goldsboro, NC on June 10, 1959 the son of Billy Wise ( Corrine) and Dorothy Basden (John).
He is survived by his wife Leslie (Janie) Wise, two daughters, RayeAnn Sipes and her children Jacob and Haven and Jessica Greene and her children Piper Rochelle and Sophie Rochelle, three sisters, Sandy Jurnigan (Justin Humbles) Susan Cole (Robert) and Teri Basden, and a brother Ray Wise (Diane).
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the NC Kidney Foundation.
