She was born in Wilmington on September 27, 1930, the daughter of the late Harlee and Eva Vanderford Dowdy. Also remembered is her husband, Floyd Hall and two brothers, Robert Dowdy and wife Miriam and Wilbert Dowdy and wife Evelyn, all of who preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons, Charles F. Hall and wife Nadine of Wilmington and Tommy Hall and wife Windy of New Orleans, LA; one daughter, Michelle Hall-Norvell and husband Tim of Dunn Loring, VA; two grandsons, Stephen and Stewart Hall; and one granddaughter, Eva Norvell.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
