Virginia Grainger Smith, 91, of Wilmington, NC, passes away on July 22, 2023 at NorthChase Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Friday, July 28, 2023 at Andrews Mortuary Market Street Chapel. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 10:00 am prior to the service.
