William Edward Allison, Jr., 66, of Wilmington, NC, died Thursday, November 13, 2008 at his residence. He was born in Alamance Co., NC, on May 25, 1942, the son of the late William Edward Allison, Sr. and Florine Boggs Allison. Surviving are two sons, Scott Allison of Greensboro, NC and Chris Allison and wife, Anastasia Y. Allison of Wilmington, NC; two sisters, Dean Costner of Graham, NC and Lettie Wilson and husband, Adrian of Burlington, NC; brother, Ernest Allison and wife, Phyllis of Burlington, NC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 2222 South 17th Street, Wilmington, NC 28401.
