William "Bill" Thomas Bradshaw

William Thomas Bradshaw passed away peacefully at his home on January 29, 2008 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s. Bill was born on September 9, 1926 in Burgaw; N. C. He owned his own tire business in Wilmington for several years before going to work for American Tire Distributors, where he was very successful in helping them grow their business for over 20 years before retiring in 1998. He is survived by his two sons, Bruce and his wife Susan, and Thomas and his wife Kristen. He also has a granddaughter Catherine and grandson Bruce, both attending state colleges. He is also survived by his faith full dog Annie who was with him at his time of death. The family would like to offer special thanks to his main caregiver Gene Marzette, and his staff. We would also like to thank all of his close friends and relatives for all their support over the last few years. The family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00- 8:30 Friday, February 1st at Andrews Market Street Chapel. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, February 2, 2008 at St. Johns Episcopal Church Wilmington, N. C.
