Mr. Earl is the greatest man I have ever had the privilege of knowing. Over the last 26 years he has been a prime example of what a father and a husband are supposed to be. He is the reason for so many things. Without him I would not have the love of my life and my best friend Lynda Chambers whom has given me two boys who have grown up to be young men. He has also given me a great family who I know I can count on for help and support that I consider to be brothers and sisters and not just in-laws. Through his love for fine vehicles that he has passed on in his legacy, we have developed some of the best friendships one could ever ask for, which in turn gave us a second family we can call on in time of need . We were rebuilding Lil Red in his honor and now will continue to build it in his memory. It will be a fine example of greatness that he would of been proud of as it was originally being built for him to drive. Originally I did not want him to know Lynda and I had purchased it and were in the process of building it but Lynda was able to convince me that he needed to know, for that I am now thankful. With the help of a new friend we were able to get the rendering done and gave it to him on Christmas day. During his last good weekend he did make it out to see the frame and his first response was "where is the rest of it". He commented a couple times saying he didn't know what to think about the air bags and thought it would turn out well. He always had the cleanest and nicest fleet of trucks in town and with Lil Red we will continue with that tradition. I know for sure he is now in a better place and looking down on us from above. I love you pops and you will be missed more than you could ever imagine.

I just learned of Earl's passing into heaven today and I am totally shocked. Although my connection to Earl has also gone to heaven (Herbert Kennedy), I still felt like the Chambers family were my friends. My heart is heavy for you all and I hate that I did not find out about Earl's passing to be able to attend the services for him. The three friends, Tracy, Herbert and Earl, had a pact regarding their funerals for years and Earl was able to carry out the wishes of Tracy and Herbert and I was so moved by the bond they had and glad Earl got to carry out those wishes for them. May he Rest in Peace.

Never a dull moment around earl even thru his set ways he still could put a smile on your face. He had a huge heart. I have had the privilege of not only knowing him all my life but working with him at the shop. He is greatly missed and loved. I told my girls of your passing and tears rolled down my face as Malaya said he gave us m&ms and cookies and our little trucks we have mommy I said yes baby he did that was so earl all the way he loved giving the kids whatever candy or sweets he could find lol. The family is in my prayers thru this hard time. I smile thinking of one thing earl and my daddy are reunited again in heaven and I can only imagine what them two are up to :-) we love you earl
