William ""Bill"" Duke Gay, 77, of Wilmington, NC, died Monday, April 16, 2012 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice and LifeCare Center. A memorial service will be held 5:00 pm Thursday, April 19, 2012 at Winter Park Baptist Church.
