Bill was a great friend , co-worker and brother in the Lord. He will certainly be missed by all that knew him. He was a fine safety manager and knew how to get the best of everyone that he worked with. May the Lord comfort you !

Bill was one of my childhood friends. We grew up together at Lake Waccamaw and enjoyed all the wonderful things at the lake. He had a great smile and wonderful, funny, demeanor that seemed to make all of us kids feel good. The world is a better place because of Bill. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
God bless!

I am so sorry to learn of Bill’s passing. The Class of 63 will miss him. He was so kind at our last reunion to take Nora Leigh back to Wilmington. His great smile and sense of humor will be missed by all.
My prayers are with his family at this sad time

I have many wonderful memories of Bill "back in the day" out at the Dupont Cape Fear Site. Then to be able to catch up with him when my in-laws moved in across the street from him a few years ago was an added bonus. A good man who will be greatly missed! Prayers lifted for the family during this time.
