

He was born September 16, 1937, in Wilmington, NC, to the late Marion Strickland and Shelton Carroll Strickland.
Graham was the owner/operator of Graham’s Electric and was an avid car collector. He loved his family and always enjoyed spending his time with them whether it was at his beach home, his house on the river or traveling. He always looked after others and wanted to see everyone happy. Graham was generous and ready to help anyone in need and had a personality as big as his heart.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Strickland; son, William Gerald Strickland; daughter, Susan S. Farren and husband Mark; grandsons, Brandon Farren and Gerrad Strickland; several nieces and nephews and so many special four-legged friends.
The family will receive visitors from 6-8pm, Monday, February 19, 2018, at Andrews Valley Chapel.
A funeral service will be held at 2pm, Tuesday, February 20, 2018, also at Andrews Valley Chapel.
Burial will follow at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the Lower Cape Fear Hospice for the wonderful care and concern that they gave to Graham.
