William Washington Lewis, III.

William Washington Lewis III, known as Bill (and Pepa), passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 10th, 2014 in Kure Beach, NC. He was born on August 3rd, 1951 in Wilmington, NC, the son of William W. Lewis Jr. and Bessie May Jones. Bill was a graduate of Jacksonville Senior High and attended Western Carolina University. He was the owner of Cut-Rite Concrete Cutting and was a resident of Raleigh, NC. He is survived by his wife, Donna Bailey Lewis, brother, Robert Wayne Lewis and his wife Judy Lewis, son, William Grayson Lewis and his wife Susan Lewis, daughter, Christian Lewis Harang and her husband Dennis Harang, granddaughter, Cassia Lewis McKay and her husband Jonathan McKay, and grandson, Hayden Harang. A funeral service will be held at 1:00PM, Sunday, April 13th, 2014, at Andrews Mortuary Market Street Chapel, 1617 Market Street, Wilmington, NC. The service will be led by family friend and pastor, Timothy Bunn. Interment will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends before the service on Sunday from 12 to 1PM at Andrews Market Street Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
