Ruth Wiggins Webb Ruth Wiggins Webb, age 84, of Elm City, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Blanche Wiggins; grandson, Scott Flood and sister, Gertrude Williford. Ruth leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband Jimmy F. Webb, Sr. of the home; sons, Jimmy Webb, Jr., and wife Leigh Ann of Elm City and Steve Webb and wife Lisa of Elm City; special niece, Suzie Williford; special nephews, Tom and Johnny Williford; grandchildren, Caleb, Jonathan, Hannah and Chelsee Webb and Ashley Keel; great grandchildren, Jason and Preston. Visitation will be 1:00 ~ 1:50 PM Friday, November 18, 2016 at Elm City Baptist Church, Elm City. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM following the visitation with Rev. Gene Wells officiating, burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park Wilson, NC.
