Kenly: Linda Sue Ellis, age 79, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023 at her home surrounded by family. She was a daughter of the late Charles Ellis and Addie Peele Ellis and was also preceded in death by her brother Jimmy Charles Ellis and a nephew Chris Neil Colvard.
Linda Sue was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Kenly.
She is survived by her daughter Sue Ann Creech (Donnie) of Kenly, her brother Donnie Ellis of Elm City, two sisters, Carolyn Colvard of Bailey and Faye Maloney (Bob) of Elm City, two grandchildren, Savannah Braswell and Susie Creech, two great grandchildren, Preston Womble and Paxton Womble, a nephew Bobby Malone, a niece Beth Malone Glover, a niece Karen Lewis, a nephew Charles Wayne Ellis and a nephew Danny Ray Ellis.
