Peggy was born Saturday, March 2, 1963, in Wilson County NC to the late Howard Vernon High, Jr., and Betty Ann Sawyer High.
Peggy was a graduate of Ralph L. Fike High School and received her Medical Assistant training and certification from Johnston Community College. Peggy attended Farmington Heights Church.
Peggy worked in the medical field most of her career. Helping others with compassion and love came natural to Peggy. It was her true calling. Patients and coworkers alike all speak highly of Peggy's dedication to care. Everyone loved working with Peggy because of her infectious happy attitude and she was always a team player.
To know Peggy was to love her. She had a host of friends who loved her dearly and she loved them as well. Any time a group got together with Peggy; they knew it would be a good time because Peggy had everyone laughing in no time. Peggy's son Chase was her life, and she considered him in everything she did. He was truly the sparkle in her eye.
