Ruby Waller Laughinghouse June 20, 1921 – July 23, 2017 Ruby Waller Laughinghouse, 96, of Kinston, passed away Sunday. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017, in Maplewood Cemetery, 400 College St., Wilson, NC. The Rev. Randy Jenkins will officiate. The family will receive friends 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, prior to the service, at Thomas-Yelverton Funeral Home, 2704 Nash St. N, Wilson, NC. Ruby is survived by two daughters, Theresa Newsome and husband, Daryel, of Lucama, and Angela Wright and husband, Keith, of Kitty Hawk; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Clayton Laughinghouse, and a daughter, Patsy Lee Laughinghouse.
