Colonel Watson was the true example of a good man! He was a warm and caring person who always had a kind word for you. He was a man who truly had a fondness for his fellow Veterans. I know every time that I had the joy of his company I always left feeling blessed that he was in my life! I will truly miss him both professionally and personally. I will definitely see you again. Have fun in heaven until we see each other again!

Bill was a wonderful friend and mentor. I will always remember his kindness to my family, and our many rounds of golf together. Somehow he could always remember that putt one of us made. He will be missed, but I'm convinced I will see him again in Heaven someday.
