

Alan Lee Taylor, age 70, of Statham, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Born at Fort Leonard Wood Army Installation in Missouri, Alan lived a life marked by dedication, humor, and a deep love for his family.
Alan earned his bachelor’s degree and built a successful career as a Senior Project Manager in the technology field. In 2016, he relocated to Statham, Georgia, where he embraced a quieter life filled with the simple joys of nature and family. He found great happiness outdoors—gardening, camping, tending to his chickens, and spending time with friends and family around a cookout. Above all, Alan cherished moments with his grandchildren and his beloved dog, Lucy.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Diane [Allspach] Taylor, and his wife, Nancy [Price] Taylor. Alan is survived by his father Wally Taylor; daughters: Miki Gale and Alana Kierbow (Matt); his brothers: Jody Taylor (Marie), Zack Taylor, and Jason Taylor (Myra); and his grandchildren: Henry, Matthew, and Wyatt.
Alan will be remembered for his gentle spirit, playful sense of humor, knack for giving nicknames, and his unwavering willingness to help others.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date, lovingly arranged by his two favorite daughters, Miki and Alana.
