Billy was one of the first neighbors I met when I moved to Winder. We both were watching a deer with her fawn while they slept in some brush at the corner of our yards and afterwards moved off a ways so we could talk. Hands down, Billy was one of the best neighbors I have ever had. I’m certainly going to miss him.
