Danis Ray Marlowe, age 74, died Sunday May 1, 2016. A native of Barrow County, Mr. Marlowe was the son of the late Roy James and Edna Ruth Blackstock Marlowe. Mr. Marlowe was preceded in death by a daughter Monique Nicole Marlowe; sister; Celia Parks and was a Navy Veteran.
Survivors include his wife Maria Benitez Marlowe; daughter; Denise Marlowe; brother; Dewayne Marlowe; sister; Cathy Kennedy; and one grandchild.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, has charge of arrangements.
