Edwin Cloyd Cummings Jr.

Edwin C. Cummings Jr. 74 of Bethlehem, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023. Ed was a member of Hebron Church in Dacula, where he was also a member of The Flock Sunday School Class. He was a native of Davenport Iowa and attended Palmer College of Chiropractic’s. Ed was drafted in the US Navy during Vietnam and made a twenty-year career out of it, earning the rank of Senior Chief. After serving his country Ed spent another twenty years with The US Postal Service. Ed loved his family, he was an avid reader and loved music, drawing and eating out.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin Sr. and Martha Jane Mahon Cummings. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Cathy Smith Cummings of Bethlehem; a son, Matthew Cummings of Bethlehem; two daughters, K C Cummings of Toms River, NJ and Heather Ross of Bethlehem; a sister, Bonnie Cummings of Alltoona, PA; two grandchildren, Christopher Williams and Christian Ross and two great-grandchildren, Aeson and Lucas Williams
