Eugenia "Tootsie" Miller, 89, of Winder, died March 20, 2011. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, at Midway Christian Church, with interment in Chapel Christian Church Cemetery. Survivors include children, Larry (Judy) and Michael (Debbie) Miller, Nancy (Henry) Bentley, Wanda (Howard) Anderson, and Louisa (David) Fincher; 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Arrangements under the direction of Smith Memory Chapel, Winder, GA.
