Eula N Magie

Jefferson, Georgia, passed away on August 9, 2026 at home surrounded by family.

She was born May 25, 1927, in Douglas, Georgia, to Vinnie Adams and Enos Nettles.

Eula loved being surrounded by family and friends and will always be remembered for her kindness, humor and love for the Lord.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and step mother Mattie Mae (Musgrove) Nettles; sisters, Eunice Stutts, Sadie Johnson, Delois Morris, Vinelle Nettles, Rosie McKell & Jonell Corbett.

Husband, Jack Magie; son, Larry; daughter, Jacque Lee and two grandsons, Jeff Magie and Joshua Coggins.

She is survived by a daughter, Charlene Peeples, son in law, Bob; granddaughters, Jennifer Rice (Tony), Ashley Dove, Myriah Platt (Sean); Cindy Rau & children, Forrest & Olivia Dunlap; Julia Arnold & son, Donovan Arnold.

Great grandchildren, Jared Magie, Rebecca Gerster, (Mike), children, Allison, Kyle & Letty; Crystal Corter, (Brandon) children, Ace, Stella & Hazel; Denver Rice, Cameron Dove, (Morgan), children , Greyson, Easton & Paisley, Riley Coggins, Jayden Dove, Anniston Platt.

Also included in survivors are one brother, David Nettles of Willacoochee, Ga., Sisters, Yvonne Maddox of Morvin, Ga., Hazel Brinson of Douglas, Ga., Betty Sue Whiddon of Douglas, Ga., Vera Purvis of Brooksville, Fl., Sandra Lott of Douglas, Ga., and many nieces and nephews, as well as extended family who she loved very much.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
