Gerald Anthony Thomason, age 81 of Winder, GA passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024. He was born in Atlanta, GA to the late Raymond Thomason and Ruth Giles. Gerald was a brick mason most of his life and in his free time he liked tinkering with scrap metal and fixing lawn mowers.
In addition to his parents, Gerald was predeceased by his son, Wayne Thomason, daughter, Donna Sandiford, and son in law, Greg Smith. He is survived by his wife Theresa Thomason of Winder, GA; daughter, Wanda Smith of Winder, GA; step daughters: Tonya (Alan) Little of Buford, GA, Holly Gilchrist of Savannah, GA, and Shannon Sweat; step son, Barry Smith of Winder, GA; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
