She is predeceased by her loving husband, Michael Ramsey; parents, Theodore and Bernice Blanchette; son, Joshua Ramsey; and grandchild, Savannah Nelson.
Janell is survived by her daughter Michelle (Jesse) Baxter of Sugar Hill, GA; brother, Russell (Starrlet) Blanchette of West Lake, LA; sisters: Linda (James) Willis of Denha, Springs, LA and Sherry (David) Myers of Snellville, GA; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
