To Steve and the Wilkerson family,
You are each family through our membership in the First Christian Church. I remember Mrs. Wilkerson vividly and quite fondly during my youth as I attended church with fellow members. Mrs. Wilkerson had the broadest and brightest smile I've ever seen. She was a dear woman who obviously loved others and most esoecially, her family. You will each remain in my thoughts and prayers.

The world has lost yet another lovely southern lady. I know she will be sorely missed. My heart goes out to all who are suffering this loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you now and always. I loved the tribute video. What a wonderful way to memorialize the legacy of Joan's life. Sending much love.
