Joseph "Joe" Glenn Driggers

Joseph "Joe" Glenn Driggers, age 45 of Athens, AL passed away on February 26, 2026. He was born in Longwood, FL and for a while lived in Winder, GA. He was a Christian. Joe was a self-employed Roofing Contractor and when not working, he enjoyed golfing and fishing.

Joe was predeceased by his mother, Cynthia Driggers, and his grandfather, Glenn Driggers. He is survived by his father, Joe Driggers and bonus mom, Brenda Driggers; his children: Harrisyn Driggers of Auburn, GA, and Wyatt Driggers, Kennedy Driggers, and Amelia Driggers all of Huntsville, AL; his grandmother, Loraine Driggers of Winder; aunts: Glenda (Mitch) Churchill and Becky (Rob) Bardeell both of Winder; cousins: Anthony, Zachary, Elizabeth, Jonathan, and Christy; and several nieces and nephews.

A Visitation for family and friends will be held at Smith Funeral Home, Winder, GA, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. The Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 pm in Smith Memory Chapel. He will be Laid to Rest at Hill Haven in Monroe, GA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a fund being set up for the children's future.
