Kenneth Victor Ishoy, age 85 of Winder, passed away on December 17, 2025. He was born in San Francisco, CA to the late Kay Victor Andrew and Lyla Foster Ishoy. Mr. Ishoy moved to Winder from Lilburn twenty years ago. He was a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, and was on active duty during the Vietnam era. Through dedication and hard work, he rose to the rank of Major in the U.S. Army. He later taught ROTC. Mr. Ishoy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Kenneth Victor Ishoy is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Brenda. He is also survived by his 5 children and their spouses: Kim (Jonathan) Ussery, Chris (Kimberly) Ishoy, Andrew (Wendy) Ishoy, Katrina (Juan) Garcia, and Lara (David) Stephens; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and his sister, Joanne (Philip) Veech.
He will be inurned at the Georgia National Veterans Cemetery in Canton, GA.
