Kennie Buice

Kennie Buice, age 58, of Winder, GA, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2013. He was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Kennie was preceded in death by his mother, Sara Still Buice. Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Buice of Winder; his father, Bill (Betty) Buice of Bogart, GA; a son, Kevin (Monica) Buice of Winder; a daughter, Carrie (Keith) Kennedy of Winder; six brothers, Larry Buice of Buford, GA, Randy Buice of Commerce, GA, Tim Buice of Athens, GA, Mac Buice of Athens, Jack Buice of Nicholson, GA, and Scott Buice of Hull, GA; and five grandchildren, Jacob and Cierra Kennedy, and Daniel, Addison, and Kensleigh Buice. The family will receive friends from 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at Smith Funeral Home, Winder. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 with Reverend Kevin Pirkle officiating. The burial will follow the service at Gwinnett Memorial Park, Lawrenceville, GA. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
