Nou Herr

March 7, 1969 – April 20, 2026

Nou Herr passed away peacefully on April 20, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Though she lost her fight, she gained her wings and is now at peace. She was a loving and selfless mother who gave without question and loved with her whole heart. Her strength, kindness, and faith touched everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Perciala Lee, Rachel Lee, Khamsing Lee, and Samuel Vang; along with her grandchildren, siblings, and loved ones who will continue to carry her love and legacy.

There are no words to ease the pain; however, there is comfort knowing she is at peace in God’s presence. She will be forever loved and deeply missed.

Visitation will be held at Smith Funeral Home in Winder on Friday, June 19, 2026 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be on Saturday, June 20 from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.
