Statham, Ga.
Patricia Cholette Bentley, age 67, died Thursday September 24, 2015. A native of Barrow County Mrs. Bentley was the daughter of the late James Quentin Perkins and was preceded in death by her son Andrew Todd Allen.
Funeral services will be held Sunday September 27, 2015 at Smith Memory Chapel at 2:00pm. Rev. Frank Colladay will officiate. Burial will follow at Barrow Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include her husband; Terry Ray Bentley; mother; Chole Hearn Perkins; daughter; Tara Bentley (Ken) Healan; step daughter; Nikki Bentley (Richard) Gambill; brother; Kenneth (Diane) Perkins; grandchildren; Kyle, Hunter, Katie, Brandi, Taylor, and Alexis; great grandchildren; Bennett, Anslie, and Ava Kate.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Saturday at the funeral home.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, has charge of arrangements.
