Mr. Ralph Phillips age 80 of Winder Ga. passed away Monday October 25, 2010. Born in Jackson County Ga., the son of Frank and Susie Garret Phillips. He was a member of White Plains Baptist Church and was retired from the Ga. D.O.T.
. He is survived by daughters and son in law, Dianne Phillips and Gail & David Sloan; Brothers, Melp Phillips,Sam Phillips, and Jimmy Phillips ; Sisters, Nick Shannon, Edith Gaillard and Brenda Lot ; Grandchildren, Holly Shedd and Justin Shedd; Great Grandchildren, Joshua Shedd, Caleb Shedd, Kelsie Shedd and Grayson Shedd.
Funeral Services 3:00 p.m. Wednesday , October 27, 2010 from Smith Memory Chapel with interment at White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Smith Memory Chapel, Winder, GA.
