Ramona Cathleen McCollum, age 85, died Wednesday September 23, 2015. A native of DeKalb County Mrs. McCollum was the daughter of the late Herbert and Musette Buice Rawlins and was the widow of the late Robert "Bob" McCollum. Mrs. McCollum was preceded in death by a grandchild Bryan McCollum. Mrs. McCollum was a member of Bold Springs Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Saturday September 26, 2015 at 10:30am at Smith Memory Chapel. Burial will follow at Floral Hills at 1:00pm. Pastor Allen Whitley will officiate.
Survivors include children; Stephen R. "Butch" (Sue) McCollum and Deena (Ronnie) Johns; brother; William Bill Rawlins Jr.; sisters; Brenda Poythress and Juanita Klostermeyer; grandchildren; Corissa Howard, Michael McCollum, Jenna Ciccarone, Cresha Cook; great grandchildren; Moriah Howard; Chandler Howard; Savannah McCollum, and Devin McCollum.
The family will receive friends from 6-8pm Friday at the funeral home.
