Rita Hawkins, age 94, of Bethlehem, Georgia previously of Morgantown, WV, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2025. She is a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church. Rita enjoyed raising her three sons, cooking, and baking. Her sweet spirit was a blessing to everyone she met.
She is predeceased by her parents Ernest and Irene Antonelli, husband Percival Hawkins, sister Jane Deusenberry, son Alan Hawkins, and grandson Anthony Hawkins.
Rita is survived by her sons Alfred Hawkins (Debby) and Michael Hawkins (Melodie); daughter-in-law Fran Hawkins; grandchildren: Matthew Hawkins, Michael Dominic Hawkins (Alyson), and Alida Reiner (John); great grandchildren: Calan Hawkins, Porter Hawkins, Reade Hawkins, Allison Reiner, and Asher Reiner; nephew Denny Deusenberry (Kim); and niece Cindy Miranov (Steve).
