He is predeceased by his parents Herman "Oneil" and Doris Handley.
Ronnie is survived by his sister and brother in law Linda and Carlos Lynch; uncle and aunt Jerold and Janice Massey; and many cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at Smith Funeral Home from 12:00 to 2:00PM. A funeral service will be on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at Smith Funeral Home following the visitation. Internment will take place at Barrow Memorial Gardens.
