Ruby Nell Helton, age 89, of Winder, GA passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024. She was a member of Chapel Christian Church in Winder, GA. Ruby loved the Lord most of all. She loved to spend time with her family and was the rock of the family. In her spare time she enjoyed getting everyone together and cooking for them.
She is predeceased by her parents Cliff and Montine Day; husband Hinton Helton; and several brothers and sisters.
Ruby is survived by her sons: Mike Helton (Debbie) and Rick Helton (Cathy); brother, Lewis Day (Rita); grandchildren: Adam Helton (Heather), Hayley Beitzel, Lance Helton (Jaime), and Kysia Williford (Shane); eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family ask you to consider making donations in Ms. Ruby's memory to Chapel Christian Church.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Smith Memory Chapel on July 6, 2024 at 11AM. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
