Russell Brian Shuler, 75 of Winder, GA passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025. He was born on December 16, 1949 in Fayetteville, GA to the late Samuel and Dorothy Shuler. Russell served in the United States Army from 1969 to 1971. He owned Shuler Construction. Russell attended Shepherds Chapel. In his spare time, you could find him cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs football team, loved watching boxing, tending to his tomatoes, and his favorite of all was cutting grass.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his children's mother Sandra Shuler and brothers, William Shuler and Gene Shuler.
Russell is survived by his children: Stacy Healan (Melvin), James Russell Shuler, and Timothy Wayne Shuler; brother, Robert Shuler (Delores); sister, Joyce Bibeault; grandsons: Justin Carr (Tessa) and TJ Rainey (Kerri); and five great grandchildren.
