

Sally was a graduate of Oconee County High School, where she excelled in track and field and was voted Most Athletic. She earned a scholarship to compete at the University of Georgia, where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in science. She went on to earn bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration and pursued a PhD. Her passion for education led her to become an online professor for multiple universities.
Sally was also the proud owner and operator of Ride Sally Ride, a transportation service company, where she combined her love of people and service with her independent spirit.
As an adventurous and devoted mother and MiMi, she loved to travel and wholeheartedly supported her children and grandchildren in all their dreams. A country girl at heart, she had a lifelong love of horses and was a devoted Georgia Bulldogs fan.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Kenny Page.
Sally is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Stanley Rogers of Bogart; her children, Joey Bolton-Rogers (Josh) of Atlanta, Beth Ferrando of Watkinsville, and Sarah Dickey (Brandon) of Bogart; her mother, Patricia Perkins Page of Winder; her brother, Bobby Page (Amy) of Blairsville; her sister, Susan Steele (David) of Bold Springs; and her cherished grandchildren, Danielle Ferrando, Erika Dickey, Myles Bolton-Rogers, Beckett Dickey, Micah Bolton-Rogers, and Christian Ferrando.
A celebration of Sally’s life will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, February 27, 2026, in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home, with Al Page officiating. Family and friends are invited to share words of comfort and remembrance. A reception will follow at the funeral home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until the service begins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or the American Heart Association.
Her strength, laughter, and unwavering love will live on in all who knew her.
