Susan Claire Hovey

Susan Claire Hovey, age 67 of Winder, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015. She was a Native of Decatur, IL and had also lived in St. Louis, MO and Ft. Myers, FL. She was Vice President of her father’s company, O’Hare Flight Kitchens and more recently worked for Rock Tenn Corporation. She was of the Christian faith. She was a member of The Winder Moose Lodge and a loving dear friend to many. She was reunited in Heaven with her parents, John and Margaret Brady Hovey and a brother, Dennis Hovey. She is survived by two brothers, John Hovey (Karen) and Kevin Hovey both of Little Rock, AR; a sister, Mary Wanat (Daniel) of Germantown, TN; nieces and nephews, John C. Hovey (Merisha), Johnathon Hovey, Samuel Hovey, Rebecca Wanat, Matthew Wanat, John L. Hovey and Aimee Penge(Trigger); several great nieces and nephews and a beloved sister-in-law, Marion Sutarik (David). Her beloved dogs, Patty Cake and Cat also survive. Her family will be having a funeral service at a later date in Decatur, IL at Graceland Funeral Home.
