

Tammy Dunagan Rutledge, age 63 of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on October 30, 2025. Tammy grew up in Winder, GA and was a 1980 graduate of Winder-Barrow High School. She attended the University of Georgia and was employed as a salesperson for Marubun/Arrow USA. Tammy was a member of First Christian Church of Winder. She enjoyed reading, especially books by Alice Hoffman. She dearly loved her family and her Maine Coon cats.
Tammy is survived by her parents, Frank and Linda Dunagan of Winder, and her husband, Don Rutledge, Jr. She is also survived by her step-son, Taylor Rutledge of Monroe; sister, Yvonne (Robb) Stepp of Winder; mother-in-law, Lana Rutledge of Winder; sister-in law, Debby (Kip) Hall of Brunswick; nieces: Megan Vance, Ann Marie Morris, Hannah Stepp, and Courtney (Jarrett) Boswell of Monroe; nephew, Ian (Megan) Mann of Winder; and great nieces and great nephews: Nora Morris, Emberlyn Holbrook, Robby Vance, Owen Mann and Olivia Mann. She was predeceased by her father-in-law, Donald Rutledge, Sr.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from noon until 2:00 pm at Smith Funeral Home, 755 Atlanta Hwy SE, Winder, GA. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 pm in Smith Memory Chapel with Rev. John Burchfield officiating.
