A native of Gwinnett County, Georgia, Mr. Brooks was a self-employed auctioneer for 51 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Forest Junior Brooks and Mary Carolyn Harrison and several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his dedicated significant other, Susan Tousel of Monroe.
The Funeral Service to honor the life of Mr. Tommy Brooks will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Smith Memory Chapel with Rev. John Wright officiating. Burial will follow the service at Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home, 755 Atl. Hwy. SE. Winder, GA 30680.
