William Charlie Garrett, Jr., age 57, passed away on May 21, 2019. Mr. Garrett preceded in death by his parents William Charlie Garrett, Sr. and Ruth Ray Bronson and a brother Jesse Lester Garrett.
A graveside memorial service will be held Friday at Barrow Memorial Gardens at 9am. Rev. Larry Davison will officiate.
Survivors include his daughter Elizabeth Ann Garrett; brother; Timothy Eugene Garrett; and two grandchildren.
Smith Funeral Home, Winder, has charge of arrangements.
