William Kellon "Kelley" Walley Jr. of Winder, GA, passed away on January 20, 2026, at the age of 72. He was born in Nuremberg, Germany to the late William Kellon and Hildegard Walley. He faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Antioch Outpost Church. He was employed as a heavy equipment operator for C.W. Matthews Contracting Company. Kelley enjoyed working on cars. Kelley was a member of a Wednesday morning men's Bible study group.
In addition to his parents, Kelley was preceded in death by his special grandfather, William Sherman Walley, and his brothers, Ken and Peron. He is survived by his wife, Connie Pennington Walley; son, Samuel (Hannah Faith) Walley; bonus/stepson, Matthew (Tiffany) Bradley; brother, Sherman Dale Walley; and grandchildren: Kellon Thomas Walley and Emrik James Walley.
There will be a Funeral Service at Antioch Outpost on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 3:00PM. Smith Funeral Home, Winder, has charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Tunnel to Towers Foundation at t2t.org.
